At Beekman 1802, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our goat milk skincare and lifestyle products. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your items in their original containers.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your return package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send it back to our Kindness fulfillment center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
